Q&A after the screening.
Ólafur Darri Ólafsson, known from the Icelandic detective series Trapped and from supporting roles in Hollywood blockbusters, embarks on a road trip to a remote and extremely photogenic part of Iceland with his best friend, fellow actor Víkingur Kristjánsson. The chatty Icelandic comedy deals besides their mutual bullying and debates about why people hate artists also with mid-life crisis and themes related to the fragility of male identity. The likeable Icelandic road movie is being completed by the typical island scenery, the feeling that everyone knows everyone on the island, and the blurred lines between autobiographical moments and a fictional story.
