Anna Różalska
Film & TV Producer, Entrepreneur, Co-Founder of Match&Spark , USA/Poland

Anna is a film and TV producer, entrepreneur, and lecturer. Co-founder of  Match&Spark, a talent management and production company based in Warsaw, Poland. Anna runs the production division out of Los Angeles, bridging US and European markets. 

With over two decades of experience in both domestic and international projects, Anna has worked on titles such as Searching for Nika, Norwegian Dream, Who Will Write Our History, and Arbitrage. Collaborating with visionary filmmakers she crafts films and TV shows that not only entertain but also inspire and resonate with social and political significance.

Anna served as the Head of Original Productions and Co-Productions at Canal+ Poland, she was a Producer at Platige Image, and Head of Production at Alvernia Studios. Her background in both independent and studio productions allows her to blend creative vision with practical execution.

With degrees from the Polish National Film School in Lodz, the Warsaw School of Economics, and ESADE Business School in Spain, Anna contributes as a board member and guest lecturer at the Film School in Lodz. She mentors at the Erich Pommer Institut and Hollywood Radio & Television Society, where she also serves as an Associate LA board member. Anna’s passion for the industry and her contributions have been recognized by Forbes, Screen International, and Indiewire. She is a member of the Producers Guild of America (PGA) and the Television Academy.
