Benjamin Dalle is Flemish Minister of Brussels, Youth and Media and an affiliated researcher at the Institute of Constitutional Law of the Catholic University of Leuven. He graduated summa cum laude from the Ghent University Law School in 2005 and completed his final year in the Socrates Exchange Program at the University René Descartes. He also holds an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from New York University, where he was a Fulbright and Hugo Grotius scholar. After graduating, Benjamin completed an internship at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Geneva. He was also a director of Ceder, the research department of Christian Democratic and Flemish, and a senator. For many years he was also active in various federal cabinets, for example head of staff to the Belgian secretary of state for state reform. Before he entered politics, he was an assistant at the Catholic University of Leuven.
