The project investigates whether these film professionals perceive and identify the main barriers to a more equitable representation of women in the Czech film industry. As part of the study, 23 women working in the audiovisual industry were interviewed in two-hour, in-depth discussions about their lives and careers in film.
Hana’s diverse career has equipped her with substantial international project experience, particularly in managing large-scale qualitative research across multiple countries. Her work consistently focuses on enhancing client relationships and providing added value through in-depth data interpretation and analysis.
Her extensive teaching and professional experience, combined with her involvement in important research on gender equality in film, make her a valuable contributor to both academic and business research communities.
