Kryštof has been developing his passion for both Sound Design and Music Composition since his early days at FAMU, joining the team of Prague-based Studio BEEP throughout his studies.
After years of specializing in the design of sound ambiences and abstract effects on the borders of sound and music, Kryštof has shifted into the position of Supervising Sound Editor and Re-recording Mixer.
While leading mostly film projects, his first four film sound supervision projects have been competing in A-list festivals in the years 2023 and 2024 (Oxygen Station, The Ice That Still Supports Us, March to May, Tiny Lights).
The final short film of his Master Studies, Credentialing (dir. Jan Hecht), for which Kryštof created both sound and music, has been awarded the Czech Lion Award for Best Short Film of 2023.
Kryštof is also composing music for theatre, mostly in connection with Prague-based Divadlo X10. He is a passionate cook and an avid boxer and loves long Saturday mornings with NTS Radio, a nice book and a cup of coffee.
