From 2011 to 2023 Antony was Head of Original Production for HBO Europe and HBO Max EMEA. In this role he was responsible for the development and production of over 1,000 episodes of original scripted, documentary and unscripted programming produced in Central Europe, Iberia, the Nordics, the Netherlands and France.
Antony started his television career in the BBC Drama Department before moving to ITV in the UK, then to Working Title, Thames and the British broadcaster Granada Television. He spent five years working in Los Angeles where he served as President of Granada Entertainment USA. In 2005 he returned to the UK as SVP European Production for Sony Pictures Television International.
Productions with which Antony has been associated as producer or executive producer have won BAFTA, Peabody and Banff awards as well as many local awards in the HBO Europe and HBO Max local regions. They have also been nominated for Primetime Emmys, Golden Globes, European Film Awards and Oscars.
