As a content monetization director, Nataliya oversees content acquisitions and sales, co-productions, and projects funding. She leads volume deals with major and independent studios, creates sales strategies for Starlight Media’s content, maximises the number of distribution territories, and launches co-production projects from scratch with strong financial potential.

Being a media executive with 15 years of experience, she launched two Ukrainian OTT services as a content director and international relations manager, as well as co-production for one of the biggest Ukrainian production companies.
