The administrator of your personal data is Telepunk s.r.o. company, with its registered office at Sukova 49/4, Brno-město, 602 00 Brno, company registration number 05508746, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno under file No. C 95796 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), which is the organizer of the Serial Killer festival (hereinafter referred to as the “Festival”).

Your personal data will be processed by the administrator in order to provide access to the online “TV Days Digital” platform of the Serial Killer festival, for the purpose of issuing an accreditation for the Serial Killer Festival in 2021, as well as for the purpose of sending business messages and performing other marketing activities by e-mail. If you do not wish to receive such e-mails, please mention this in the form after the name or contact us at any time at GDPR@serialkiller.tv.
The legal reasons for processing your personal data are the performance of the agreement between you and the administrator; and further the administrator’s rightful interest in the provision of direct marketing (especially for sending business messages and newsletters). Your IP address from which you log in may be stored due to the administrator’s rightful interest in protecting the platform against access abuse.
The provision of personal data is a contractual requirement and in case they are not provided, you will not be allowed access to the “TV Days Digital” platform and you will not get the accreditation.
The administrator will process the following personal data: Name, surname, e-mail address, country name and IP address from which you log in.
Your personal data will be passed on to persons authorized by the administrator to organize the festival.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
We will keep your personal data for the time necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the administrator and to assert claims under these contractual relationships (for a period of 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
Within the processing of personal data, you have the right to access your personal data, to correct and delete them, to restrict the processing and the right to raise an objection to the processing, as well as the right to the portability of the data. You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
These conditions take effect on September 6, 2021. The administrator reserves the right to change them at any time.
