Since November 2024, as Marketing Director at Czech TV, Štěpánka focused on brand-strengthening, multi-platform campaigns, based on the concepts of authenticity and richness of content under the slogan „Czech TV has something for each of you“. CT’s brand was refreshed and connected to seasonal topics, utilizing all platforms within her team, including social media, self-promotion, creative graphics and events. I am also responsible for DTP, print & photo services and mediaplanning, as well as Czech TV’s overall design system.

Previously, Štěpánka was a producer of digital content at Czech TV since the start of its internet activities in 1998. From 2011, she was the leader of the kids‘ and later also art websites and multiplatform projects. She focused on working with the best designers and artists to create interactive and multiplatform projects with playfulness and unceasing enthusiasm. 

Štěpánka is deeply convinced that online content can be poetic and funny, that it is possible to entertain and educate at the same time, that entertainment does not exclude sophistication or education or enlightenment. 

Several web and multiplatform projects created under her leadership have been nominated or awarded in various Czech and international competitions (Commenius Award, Prix Jeunesse, Prix Japan, Prix Italia and Prix Europa).
